Liam Keane

Liam Keane is a technology consultant living in Santa Barbara, California. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from the Department of Global & International Studies at UC Santa Barbara and completed the University of California Washington Program, where he volunteered at the International Labor Rights Forum. He advises non-profits in the use of various technologies and provides services to strengthen their online presence.

Debora Fernandez

Debora Fernandez is currently a sophomore at Golden West College looking to transfer to the University of San Francisco where she will double major in International Studies and Economics. RSN is her first internship but she hopes to broaden her experiences in the humanitarian field in the future.

Kat Bowen

Kat is currently a student at the University of San Francisco, pursuing a degree in International Relations, Peace and Conflict Resolution. While she loves San Francisco, she constantly compares it with Budapest, where she studied Hungarian and European politics. She has worked with Free2Work, a project designed by the Not For Sale Campaign and the International Labor Rights Forum, to help address issues of child or forced labor within global supply chains.

Alina Shlyapochnik

Alina graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in Anthropology and a minor in Peace and Conflict Studies. At Berkeley, she participated in the BACLU, and worked for the Center for Globalization and Information Technology. After college, she entered the world of civil litigation and is glad to have escape with her soul in tact. In the fall, she will be commencing a Master’s program in International Affairs at American University’s School of International Service.
